Should you choose a Design Build approach, we are able to begin conceptualizing your project from day one, working with the architect and entire design team to provide a realistic budget, an effective and controlled schedule and a well planned scope of work. We are able to lend our expertise throughout Schematic Design and Design Development, resulting in complete and effective Construction Documents. We want our clients to feel a high level of confidence in their experience at this level. We have built effective relationships with many architects and engineers, allowing us to work towards a path free of unnecessary delays or surprises.

As Construction Manager we are able to streamline the entire process. We act as the “glue” in the project, leading the team in programming, site assessments, approvals and certifications, scheduling and scope of work. We continue as the Client’s representative throughout the bid selection process, working with the entire team from procurement through final punch list and turnover.
